Getting started

Effective and sensitive communication, assessment and care planning is at the centre of good quality end of life care. It is important to be competent and confident when you are supporting individuals approaching end of life and those close to them.

I am not afraid of dying, I just don’t want to be there when it happens – Woody Allen

End of life care includes the holistic support for people, who are approaching death. It helps them to live as well as possible until they die, and to die with dignity. This online resource will discuss some of the key points of end of life care.

Modules
