Patient unsure of what to say or do - getting agitated - doctor also feeling uncomfortable - aware this may not be going well...but worried as clinic running late and has a meeting in an hour....with the general manager about a complaint

Doctor trying to make things better but lack of honesty is upsetting to the patient - should explain gently why this is not an appropriate treatment option.
The doctor is embarrassed at getting the name wrong - but has her head down at the notes
